Run the app
Put it on any PC that can reach the file server and double-click. Pick a folder to watch — done. No servers, no accounts.
First scan = baseline
One click records the current state as the baseline, with progress shown on screen.
Morning briefings
Once you register the daily task in Settings, it scans at the time you set (7 AM by default) on that PC — waking it from sleep; a user must be logged in, and if the time was missed the scan runs at the next login (or when the Drev window is opened) — only changes are reported, per project. Owners spend 5 seconds acknowledging.
